After Ms Sands had her speech we got started. My group was at the warm up station to help everybody warm up for the big run. Year 0 to 2 had to do one lap and years 3-6 did two. After the warm up the next group came and the first group we had, had to do the run. After the warm up, we all had to cheer for the others running. Also the year 6's could give out house points but there was a limit, I think it was 2 per year six. We helped everyone warm up until it was our turn to run.
We all lined up then after a short moment we went. It was bad because my leg was already hurting since we had to stand the whole time leading up to the run, then after half of the first lap my foot was hurting as well as my stomach. I got really tired too. After the whole thing I ended up fifth so I made it into zones. Anyway's that's all I have to share for today.

What do you do for training?, and also is your cross country different or the the same as ours. During cross country we have different rotations and we have leaders like me to tell the little and big students what to do
